No monthly claim fee and no separate clearinghouse subscription. Automatic coverage re-checks stay off until you turn them on, and the setting shows an estimated monthly cost first. Refer a colleague and you both get two free months when they make their second payment.

How much does Practice Harbor cost?
Practice Harbor is free for pre-licensed clinicians, $19 a month for a licensed clinician practicing solo, and $39 a month for a practice with a team, which includes the owner’s licensed seat. Each additional licensed clinician is $19 a month, and pre-licensed team members are free.
Are any features locked to a higher plan?
No. Every plan has every feature, including AI progress notes, telehealth, the client portal, online booking, billing, and insurance claims. Your price depends on your license and team size, not on which features you use.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Licensed clinicians can try every feature free first, with no credit card required. Pre-licensed clinicians do not need a trial: their plan is free for as long as they are pre-licensed.
What does insurance billing cost?
Electronic claims are 25¢ each, with ERA payment posting included, and coverage (eligibility) checks are 15¢ each. There is no monthly claim fee and no separate clearinghouse subscription. Charges appear as line items on your monthly bill.
What does it cost to take card payments?
Card payments are 3.15% + 30¢ and go to your own Stripe account.
Are AI notes an extra charge?
No. AI session notes are included on every plan. Ask Cora AI, the chart question box, includes a daily allowance per clinician.
When does my plan change?
Your plan follows the credentials in your profile. When you add a license and NPI after getting licensed, you move from Pre-Licensed to Licensed on your next billing cycle. When a second clinician joins your practice, the Established plan applies.
Is this the same pricing as Harbor (harboroffice.ai)?
No. Practice Harbor is made by Somatopia, LLC in San Rafael, California, and is not affiliated with Harbor (harboroffice.ai / harborpractice.com). Prices published on other Harbor-branded sites do not describe Practice Harbor. The prices on this page are the current ones.
