One inbox, kept straight
Start a conversation with one client, or with a couple or family to reach every active member at once. Add a subject to keep threads organized; a client can have separate threads for scheduling, billing, and clinical check-ins.
Include a parent in a billing thread and keep a clinical check-in private. The default is sensible, shared when the child has no login of their own, and the thread says who read it, by name.
Send a file, archive a finished conversation without deleting it, filter the inbox to clients or team, and mark a message unread to deal with it in the morning.
