Client portal

Clients sign in with an emailed link to complete intake forms, sign consents, see and request appointments, join telehealth, message you, and pay their balance.

What clients see

  • Appointments: upcoming, requested, Join Session, Add to Calendar
  • Documents: one checklist for forms, consents, measures, and a card
  • Messages: secure threads with the practice
  • Billing: invoices with Pay Now, superbills, saved cards, AutoPay
  • Schedule Session when you allow requests

Your client’s side of the practice

No password to forget

Every portal email, from the invitation to a new-message notice, carries its own one-time sign-in link, and the sign-in page offers to email one. Clients who want a password can set one.

Appointments

Upcoming and requested sessions, a Join Session button on telehealth appointments, Add to Calendar on any of them, and, when you allow requests, a Schedule Session link. Requested times show as Pending Review until you accept.

Documents

One checklist with a single progress bar: intake questionnaires, consent forms to sign, scored measures, the demographics form, and adding a card when you asked for one. Completed items stay readable.

Messages

Secure messaging with the practice, inside the record rather than email. A guardian can be included in a conversation or kept out of it, thread by thread.

Billing

Invoices with Pay Now, superbills to download, payment history, saved cards, and AutoPay status, with insurance details shown read-only.

Guardians, couples, and Spanish

Parents and guardians get their own logins with per-area permissions and switch between children. Couples and families each sign in to their own portal for a shared session. Turn on Spanish and clients can switch the whole portal.

Common questions

Do clients have to download an app?

No. The portal runs in any browser, on a phone or a computer, and the sign-in link in each email takes them straight in.

Can a parent manage a child’s portal?

Yes. Guardians sign in as themselves, with permissions you set for each of the four areas, and a parent with several children in the practice switches between them.

Does the portal use my practice’s name?

Yes. Your portal lives at an address based on your practice’s portal name, and the same address hosts your public booking page and, if you publish one, your practice website.

Can clients book appointments themselves?

They request times and you approve them; nothing lands on your calendar without you. Clients can cancel a confirmed appointment online only inside the notice window you set.
