Practice Harbor vs Sessions Health
I built Practice Harbor, so treat this as a founder's comparison and verify anything that matters to you. Every Sessions Health price below is from their published pricing as of November 2026.
The short version
Sessions Health is the closest product to ours: mental-health-only, built by a therapist, and priced for small practices. It is a good product. The difference is what the price includes. We include AI notes and telehealth at $19. On Sessions, those are $35 and $10 on top of $39. They charge less per claim and less for card processing, so heavy insurance filers should run the numbers below.

Where Sessions Health is stronger
- A longer track record. We are the younger product, and they have years more reviews.
- Lower usage fees. Less per claim, and 2.9% + 30¢ on cards against our 3.15% + 30¢.
- A public promise on price. They say they have never raised prices on existing customers.
- A plain tool, if you want no AI. If you'd never use AI notes, the $19 vs $39 gap is all you save.
Where Practice Harbor is stronger
- AI notes and telehealth in the price. No add-ons to turn on or budget for.
- Pre-licensed clinicians are free. With no client cap, for as long as they are pre-licensed. On Sessions, each associate who sees clients is another practitioner at $29.
- Cheaper as you grow. $19 per additional licensed clinician against $29, or $74 with their add-ons.
